Movement
I’ve never been very good at staying still. Movement, to me, is not just sports or exercise; it’s energy, exploration, adrenaline, and feeling connected to the world through my body. This category includes everything from hiking, swimming, dancing, and trying new sports to spontaneous adventures, road trips, and moments where movement itself becomes freedom. Some of my happiest memories are tied to motion: being in the sea, walking through cities for hours, climbing somewhere high enough to see the view, or simply feeling physically alive.
